Chicken on the mat
Something good from all this packing and sorting..... Going through the old photos last week I came across this gem. My Grandmother's kitchen, circa 1940 and I understand that this is "Cocky Locky" my Dad's favourite chicken who got to come in for strokes long after the eggs stopped coming. Pretty smart chicken, sat right by the stove.
